Bury Hill Fisheries
Web Site: www.buryhillfisheries.co.uk
old Bury Hill, Dorking, Surrey, RH4 3JU

03.03.08

This Fishery has a hard path around most of the main lake, with purpose built wooden platform pegs. There is a slight incline from the car park up to the office/tackle shop/café/boathouse, which is where you purchase your day ticket. Disabled concession available.

Having fished this fishery a few times now, but I have not had any great success. In the warmer months of the year, this is a very popular fishery. Which means it is very heavily fished and the fish are weary.

I have not fished the 2 smaller lakes, and hope to do so in the future. More information will be added to this review as and when I do, or others wish to add to this review.

There is a well stocked tackle shop on site, though space in the shop is rather tight.

There are disabled toilets on site.

There is a good café on site, which has the reputation of selling great Bacon butties. The more able bodied anglers can also hire a punt, to fish closer to the island in the middle of the main lake.
